A one-mile section of road along Industry in Beaver County has accumulated quite a terrifying reputation as being haunted. Many folks who live out near the road have shared stories of significant paranormal activity that include howling animals and children singing. Whatever the case, many stories have brought this location to considerable attention. Even the East Hills Paranormal Team did some lengthy investigation in the area. One of the more famous stories is if you walk on the road, slowly, at night, you can be attacked by ‘ghostly appearances’ of animals or hear terrifying howls in the forest nearby. There is even a story of a tribe of Native Americans who put a curse on the area as a result of white settlers
ravaging their lands. Through the years, there have even been reports of occult-like activity within the forest and nearby areas along the road.
A few videos have surfaced on YouTube in a mischievous attempt to capture any abnormal phenomena. Mysteriously, after reaching the one-mile marker, all strange and ghost-like action cease! Here is a link from the Beaver County times I found of the most recent occurrences along the road.
